Approximately 45-60 minute long includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, review of medical and family history, diagnosis and prescription for medication (when appropriate).

Follow-Up (30 minutes)

A 30-minute follow-up session is often appropriate if you are doing well and need efficient medication management.

If you would like our longest appointment, you will achieve likely more with the additional time for more complex issues. This follow up session involves medication management and supportive therapy.

Form completion is not included in the costs of Initial or Follow-up visits. Forms will not be completed for visits prior to 6-months of consistent follow-up visits and on-going compliance with treatment.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a client! We are happy to announce that we are currently accepting new clients in Nevada. Please review the following important information prior to scheduling your first appointment, as we want to make sure you have an organized and efficient experience receiving our services.

Payment

Payment for services is due at the time of services.

We accept major credit and debit card payments. Credit and debit card payments can also be made securely through our internet payment portal on https://mykeeessentials.clientsecure.me

Requesting Appointments/Cancellations/No-Show Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled at a minimum of 24-hours in advance.

After you schedule your appointment, you will receive an email with access information to your client portal account within 12-hours.

New clients must sign into the client portal and confirm their appointments by completing required documents as soon as possible. If your appointment is unconfirmed and canceled, feel free to login to your account, complete your required documents, and reschedule your Initial Psychiatric Evaluation.

Your time zone should be automatically adjusted when you schedule your new client evaluation. However, our calendar within your client portal account reflects the location of our main office in the Pacific Time Zone. Please be aware of your time zone when scheduling.

If you are unable to keep the scheduled appointment, the appointment must be canceled with at least 24 hours notice. Appointments are held with the understanding that the client will be seen that day. Other clients are denied that time-slot just for you, therefore a fee of the full visit costs are charged when appointments are not cancelled 24 hours prior to your visit.

Identification

For all clients and/or their legal guardians, a state issued photo I.D. is a mandatory requirement in our practice or your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Your I.D. can be upload in the secure client portal or emailed to help@keeessentials.net.

Connecting to Telepsychiatry

Telepsychiatry is an excellent way to access your provider and to provide care at the client’s convenience! We use a HIPAA secure protected platform within your client portal account to conduct your sessions that can be accessed from any device. If you plan to access sessions from your computer, there is nothing you need to download. Simply sign into your account, click Appointments, and click Join Video Call. You will be taken to a screen where you will select your preferred video and audio applications. After selecting those, click Join Video Call and you will be taken directly to your live session. If your provider is not there when you join, please be patient. He or she will join you as soon as possible!

If you plan to connect from a portable device, such as a smartphone, tablet or iPad, you need to download the Telehealth by Simple Practice app. When you click the link for your appointment from your confirmation email, the ‘Telehealth by Simple Practice’ app will automatically open to your session. Then, just click Join Video Call.

Record Requests and Form Completions

Additional fees for phone calls, letters, emails, reports, etc. will be charged and determined on a time for service basis for established clients.

Insurance and Billing

Telepsychiatry and Concierge services are cash pay visits.

Payment may be made with major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is due in full at time of service. I will provide you with a detailed billing receipt with all necessary information for your submission to insurance for reimbursement.
